Find the Support Group That Best Suits Your Needs.

Why attend a support group?

Support groups decrease isolation. They offer hope, impart information, and can be an invaluable source of feedback. Although groups are not a substitute for individual psychotherapy, nutrition counseling, and medical treatment, they have been shown to increase treatment effectiveness. Groups can be useful at any time during the recovery process.
