We offer eating disorder therapy for both adolescents and adults. We offer a supportive, compassionate environment where you can explore your relationship with food and your body, learn how to cultivate a sustainable and balanced relationship with food, and unpack the underlying issues that may be contributing to your difficult relationship with your body. In addition, our therapists have specializations in trauma, relationship health, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, and the special concerns of parents, artists and people in high stress careers.
