Tessa Wooden

Tessa Wooden is a California-licensed therapist providing specialized outpatient psychotherapy for adults navigating eating disorders and related concerns. She has worked in the eating disorder field since 2020 across all levels of care and previously served as Clinical Director at Monte Nido Residential Treatment Center.

Tessa practices from a weight-inclusive, HAES®-aligned perspective grounded in attachment-based and IFS-informed therapy. She also addresses common co-occurring struggles, including complex trauma and PTSD, anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, depression, and life transitions. As someone personally recovered, Tessa understands how overwhelming this process can feel and believes deeply that healing is possible.
