I work with teens & adults struggling with eating disorders and body image concerns, including anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder. My approach is relational and carefully paced, supporting emotional understanding and practical change. I am a California-licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience providing eating disorder therapy via telehealth, with specialized training across inpatient, PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels of care. I integrate psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, and attachment-based approaches to support long-term recovery and collaborate with medical providers and dietitians for comprehensive care. I provide Individual Therapy, Family therapy, and education/support for parents and family members of loved ones with an eating disorder. I'm a member of APA, LACPA, IAEDP and AED
