Rhonda Krick

Rhonda Krick is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with over 25 years of experience helping adolescents and adults heal their relationship with food and body. Prior to starting her private practice, she spent 20 years at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center providing nutrition counseling in a variety of specialty areas, including womens health, diabetes, cardiac rehabilitation, transplant nutrition, and general wellness.

Rhonda specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting, body image concerns, and weight-related distress through a compassionate, weight-inclusive approach. Drawing from Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size® principles, and evidence-based nutrition therapy, she helps clients move away from food rules and self-criticism toward greater trust, flexibility, and well-being.

Rhonda collaborates closely with therapists, physicians, and other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive, individualized care and offers virtual nutrition counseling throughout California.

In her free time, Rhonda enjoys being outdoors—running, hiking, and spending time at the beach. She also loves traveling, spending quality time with her friends and family and cuddling with her dog, Lucy.
