In 2016, I began working in the field of eating disorders at the residential, PHP, and IOP levels of care. My practice offers individual therapy (ages 12 and older), couples therapy, and family therapy. I specialize in anxiety, disordered eating, relationships, personality disorders, adolescents and working with high-functioning individuals. In my practice I tend to work with individuals who are focused on their ongoing eating disorder recovery. I also often work with teens who are noticing early struggles with body image and with their relationship to food.

I am also a DBT specialist, having worked in a comprehensive DBT setting prior to starting my own practice. I offer individual DBT therapy, individual DBT skills coaching sessions, and parent DBT coaching sessions. DBT highlights distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills.

Common themes I see in my practice: perfectionism, coping with anxiety, work-life balance, building and maintaining friendships, building and maintaining romantic relationships, people pleasing, intellectualization, imposter syndrome, high-performing individuals, boundary settings, overthinking, letting go of control

In-person sessions are available in Studio City, CA and online sessions are available to individuals residing anywhere within the state of California. I do not bill or accept insurance; I provide superbills as needed.
