I work with clients from the ages of 12 and older, offering individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy. I specialize in anxiety, disordered eating, relationships, and personality disorders. In 2016 I began working in the field of eating disorders in the residential, PHP, and IOP levels of care.

I am also a trained DBT therapist (both with teens and adults), having worked in a comprehensive DBT setting prior to starting my own practice. I offer individual DBT therapy, individual DBT skills coaching sessions, and parent DBT coaching sessions. Depending on the individual's needs, phone skills coaching outside of sessions may be an appropriate addition to the individual's therapeutic care.

Common themes I see in my practice include: perfectionism, coping with anxiety, work-life balance, building and maintaining friendships, building and maintaining romantic relationships, people pleasing, intellectualization, imposter syndrome, high-performing individuals

I believe therapy is a space to honor all parts of the human experience, not just the "bad." I believe it's important to normalize that sometimes we are unsure of what we specifically are hoping to address in therapy. It's okay to not have it all figured out! Collaboration is an essential part of my approach. I'm here to provide you with guidance along the way.

In-person sessions are available in Studio City and online sessions are available to individuals residing anywhere within the state of California. I do not bill or accept insurance; I provide superbills as needed.
