Keesha has been working in the field of eating disorders since 2005. She has a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California, Texas & Oregon. She is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist & Supervisor and a Certified Daring Way Facilitator (based on the groundbreaking work of Brené Brown). She is also trained in EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy.

Keesha spent 13 years working in all levels of eating disorder treatment with Monte Nido & Affiliates. During her tenure there, she served as the Vice President of Clinical Programming. She was trained and supervised by Carolyn Costin - founder of Monte Nido, author and pioneer in the field. Keesha has contributed to several books and articles about eating disorders, has consulted for televion programs and treatment centers and regularly speaks at national conferences.

Currently, Keesha owns Soul Full Collective, a group practice in Agoura Hills where she supervises newer clinicians. She also continues to consult on special eating disorder projects.
Prior to becoming a therapist, Keesha graduated with honors from Texas A&M University with a degree in Journalism. She worked in magazine editorial, television production and marketing/advertising.
