Having recovered herself, Kathy has been leveraging her lived experience & comprehensive training to help individuals struggling with eating disorders since 1993. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through the esteemed International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals, she offers in person appointments, telehealth throughout California, supervision, consulting and worldwide coaching for loved ones seeking guidance and support.
