Jody Herman

I am a Registered Dietitian specialized in Eating Disorders as well as dancers/athletes, food allergies, gastrointestinal diseases and disorders, and mental health disorders. I also have significant experience working with individuals struggling with substance abuse. I like to work with each person to determine their individual needs and what works best for them. I practice from an "all foods fit" and weight neutral, body inclusive lense. My approach is focused on mindful and intuitive eating rather than restrictive dieting.

I was formerly a professional dancer before shifting my focus to nutrition. From this experience, I am in tune with how to fuel for optimal performance while also caring and respecting for one's body. My goal is to work with individuals to promote self-efficacy and confidence in their relationship with food and their bodies.
