Heather Mason

Heather Mason, MS, RDN, CDCES is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist who helps people improve their relationship with food while supporting their health goals. She specializes in eating disorders, intuitive eating, and diabetes care, including type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, and prediabetes.

With over 10 years of experience, Heather takes a compassionate, non-diet approach that helps clients move away from food guilt and all-or-nothing thinking. Her goal is to help people feel more confident around food, improve their well-being, and create habits that are both realistic and sustainable.

Heather sees clients virtually and accepts most major PPO insurance plans.

In her spare time she enjoys outdoor adventures like hiking and river rafting. She is also an avid pickleball player!
