Erin Berenson is a Carolyn Costin Certified Eating Disorder (ED) Recovery Coach, specializing in guiding individuals towards a life free from disordered eating patterns. Through personalized support tailored to each client's unique needs and goals, Erin helps her clients develop sustainable habits and foster a positive body image. Driven by her own experiences overcoming an eating disorder, Erin understands firsthand the challenges and triumphs of the recovery process. Her personal journey fuels her passion for supporting others in reclaiming their lives and rediscovering their worth beyond the constraints of their eating disorder. Outside of her coaching practice, Erin is an advocate for eating disorder awareness and mental health education, working to reduce stigma and promote understanding within her community.
