Feeding ourselves is hard today. So many ways to get it "wrong".
I am a psychotherapist and registered dietitian who working with the issues that underly eating- such as family conflict, depression, anxiety, loss and grief. My background is in clinical nutrition in the hospital setting and my training includes mindfulness meditation and years of treating families and individuals. I believe that how we care for our own health affects our relationships and our ultimate happiness .
