Are you wishing you had more peace with food, your body, yourself, and those people who are important in your life? If you're struggling, I can help. As we spend time together exploring your journey deeply, you will find space in yourself to get to know your true personal story and how you can be more fully present in your own life & relationships. Deep conversation, deep listening, and deep connection for your healing and transformation. Let me help you discover your most authentic self and the joy that comes along with that. Together we can work on lasting change.

I have been practicing since 1993 treating emotional eating, eating disorders, relationship issues, and trauma. Getting unstuck from long term, entrenched ways of living can be difficult. I have found that addressing the patterns and thoughts as well as healing the deeper, underlying issues helps people find more lasting change.

The trust and safety of the therapeutic relationship allows for healing of very deep and personal experiences, and allows you to discover your most authentic self. I love helping people develop loving relationships, find freedom from food and body issues, and to be present and authentic in their lives.
