You deserve to feel great about who you are and the life you're living! Living with an eating disorder can be an isolating and lonely experience. I've been trained by many greats of the Eating Disorder field. I've worked in ED treatment centers for over 10 years and have helped hundreds of individuals find themselves again and be fully recovered. 
If you are ready, I can help you get unstuck and make changes based on proven therapeutic techniques. My approach is based on helping you get clarity, increasing awareness of your thoughts, and giving you healthy coping skills. I have been described by my clients as compassionate, funny and very helpful. My goal is focused on building trust with you and supporting you every step of the process. If you're struggling to take care of yourself physically and emotionally, I will work with you to improve your relationship with self care and taking care of your needs.

As an eating disorder specialist, I can help you have a healthier relationship with food, exercise and body image. If you're committed and intentional, you will be amazed at the results.
I am often told that I have the gift of seeing what makes a person special and unique. My clients often reflect to me that they feel seen, heard and understood in a deep and meaningful way by me. I believe that compassion, empathy, and living in alignment with your purpose can free you from what's holding you back.
