On the outside, it seems like you have it all together. But, you are struggling with an eating disorder, anxiety, or depression. You don’t feel good enough, despite putting effort in everything you do. You work hard to be in control, and get anxious when things don’t go as planned. You feel uncomfortable when you have to eat something that you think is going to make you gain weight. It is hard to ask for help, since you tend to put other people before yourself. You feel lonely and want to connect to people. But, it is hard to focus on relationships, when you are thinking about food, your body, or the mistakes you made that day.

My clients are women who want to be able to look at themselves in the mirror and like the person looking back at them. They want to be able to rest, play, and connect with people and not feel bad about it. They want to experience joy, because they know life is more than food, weight, and achievements.

I have worked with eating disorders, anxiety, and depression since 2011. I believe change is possible for you because it was possible for dozens of people I have worked with, and it was possible for me. I didn't do it alone, and you shouldn't have to either.
