Julia Musker

Hi! I'm a walking therapist in Pasadena, specializing in women, 16-65, in the beginnings, midst, ends, or recovery from eating disorders. I also work with anxiety, including panic attacks, depression, and life cycle adjustments. Primarily, I practice using CBT, DBT skills, and psychodynamic modalities. 
Being outside and having meaningful conversations with others became my own form of therapy and the part of my day I looked most forward to. After suffering with my own anxiety and ED, I began to correlate nature with peace and calm—my very own sanctuary.  I love what I do and feel grateful everyday I get to do this for a living.
