Cori Rosenthal

Cori Rosenthal is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#98720) with an office in Brentwood and offering telehealth throughout California.  She works with teen and adult women who struggle with not feeling good enough. Not thin enough, smart enough, pretty enough, successful enough, or worthy enough to live every part of their dreams. She specializes in codependency, eating disorders and disordered eating and is HAES informed.  She is a mindfulness-based therapist, which means at some point, most of her clients will pause and take a few breaths in session. She is also a trained mindful-self-compassion teacher, so she teaches skills and tools to create a kinder relationship with oneself, that extends into every relationship in one's life. Additionally, she is certified in Brainspotting, a brain-body approach to navigating and releasing trauma and negative emotions.
