Bridget Morpurgo, LMFT
Psychotherapist
San Gabriel Valley
I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups in a private practice setting in Pasadena. I have enjoyed working in the Valley for over two decades, and have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2003.
Growing up in Los Angeles, I learned early about eating disorders and sub-clinical disordered eating behaviors. I have concern for the ways eating disorders and self-injury have evolved over time with technology and shifting pressures in the younger generation.
I also have an emphasis on mood disorders like depression and generalized anxiety disorder, which often go hand in hand with eating disorders.
I have a general practice where I work with individuals, couples, and families to meet their individual goals and improve their lives and relationships.
I also work with sand play therapy, a creative way to process material in the symbolic realm, which can shift the psyche on its own, or as an adjunct to talk therapy.
